We develop certifiable, installation-ready solutions with an emphasis on manufacturability and compliance. Here are some of the engineering services that we provide:
Antenna structural provisions, including: on-site surveys to determine optimal locations, mounting bracket design, and doubler reinforcements.
LRU installation provisions, including: equipment trays, avionics racks, partitions, and brackets.
Structural interfaces for avionics controllers and LRUs.
Field surveys, detailed measurements, and 3D scanning.
Complete installation and fabrication drawing packages prepared for installation, manufacturing, and aircraft-level conformity.
Wiring diagrams and cable routing diagrams (as applicable).
Flight test engineering support (as applicable).
Certification Documentation
All documentation is structured to meet CAR 521, AWM standards, and TCCA expectations for approval. Typical documentation packages include:
Certification Plan – Scope definition and compliance strategy.
Compliance Report – Regulatory traceability and substantiation reference.
Engineering Drawings – Install and manufacturing-level data, conformity-ready.
Structural Substantiation – Load analysis, margins of safety, fatigue (if applicable).
System Safety Analysis – As per AWM §5XX.1309 requirements.
ICA (Instructions for Continued Airworthiness) – Scheduled inspection and maintenance program to support continued airworthiness.
Flight Manual Supplement – Limitations, placards (as required).
Weight & Balance Amendment– Revised equipment list and CG calculations.
MSI 53 Structural Impact – Acceptability of supplemental Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA).
ELA (Electrical Load Analysis) – As applicable for equipment integration.
Wire Routing / Diagrams – As applicable for equipment integration.
Flammability Data – Required for cabin or internal material changes.
Test Plans & Reports – When operational validation is required.
Conformity Checklists – Drawing references for installation inspections.
